These terms govern the use of the internal publishing tool operated by Enigma True Crime (“we”, “us”), including its Facebook and Instagram integration (“the App”).

1. Purpose. The App is used only by our own team to publish videos, Reels and captions to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that we own or manage, and to read the performance statistics of those Pages and accounts. It is not offered to the public.

2. Accounts. Only authorized members of our team may connect accounts to the App. You must have the right to manage every Page or account you connect.

3. Content. We are responsible for the content we publish through the App, and we follow Meta’s Terms of Service, Community Standards and Platform Terms.

4. No warranty. The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

5. Changes. We may update these terms at any time; the effective date above shows the latest version.
