Our App only stores the access tokens and the IDs of the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts that our own team connects to it, plus the IDs and statistics of the posts we publish. It does not collect data from viewers or from other users.

To request deletion of any data related to your Facebook or Instagram account:

1. Send a request through https://enigmatruecrime.com/contact/ with the subject “Data deletion” and the name of the Page or account.
2. We will delete the stored tokens, IDs and statistics within 30 days and confirm by reply.

You can also remove the App at any time: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find the App and click Remove. Removing it revokes its access immediately.
